jack for daze is one of the new clone series of releases inspired by the early house releases from chicago. one of the main inspirations of the clone crew... first release is done by neville watson, known for his collaboration with kink. two sweet tracks that are highly influenced by joe lewis and larry heard. two tracks that sound as if they came out of a time machine. clone founder serge produced a modern jack track together with gerd as bonus track. back into the studio since a long time and just playing around they came up with a nice hybrid mix somewhere inbetween an old gherkin gherks / larry heard release and a modern club track. crazy low bass kick and a classic jacking percussion drive combined with todays production skills. a proper club tool that compliments this first jack for daze release... very much recommended!

abusing our soft side for dub edgar 9000 gave us these compelling tracks.>play me minus three (patience vs. epiphany mix)< û what starts like a nicely arranged minimal tune bubbles and billows after a short pause up to a big ride on the acid-dub-ghost-train. at the latest when the decently deployed and gated french horn pad sets in on the second half you are completely lost. not for quick peep û but beware: danger of addiction of endless playing is definitely given.meanwhile the title >hook & bait< of the b-side rather reads like the basic principle of fishing. it really sounds like the classic principle of ambient à well almost, since in this case this ambient track is drifting along itself, underlined with a straight driving and floating rhythm fed by an earthly bassline.petri heil! third release for the third eye project of masomenos, with 3 tracks by themselves, including a great featuring by curro savoy on ningessera, a vocal pumping & deep house track. you ve probably heard curro savoy before, as he is the amous whistler from all ennio morricone soundtracks for sergio leone movies! he brings here an amazing melancholic vibes with his whistle & guitar… percute his a funkier track, but still quite trippy. as for sambatic, we get more into percussive groove with some great vocals too, thats sound like in ningessera to be some unknown universal language
